The solid Silver heart measures approx 25mm, and features your own words. The example given is 'THIS GRANDMA BELONGS TO', however it can easily be changed to make a wonderful gift for MUM, DAD, GRANDPA....just let me know.
Each additional round disc (measuring 15mm each) is personalised with a child's initial and date of birth (up to 14 characters on each please).
Each additional disc is £8, and the fourth disc is free!
The screw-fit keyring means that should your family grow in the future, extra tags can be purchased and easily added at home. We use two different (but equally nice) designs of keyring fitting, as seen in the photos - one is slightly more oval, the other is more triangle. If you have a preference please let us know at checkout - otherwise we will choose!
